7-Day Replacement Warranty: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria: * The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags/manuals intact.
A video of the unboxing or clear photos of the defect are required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like personal care gadgets, innerwear, or used skincare tools cannot be returned once opened.
Refunds (If applicable): If a replacement is unavailable, we will initiate a refund to your provided Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3-5 working days after the return is received and inspected.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the error was on our part.
